Task: Describe your role or responsibility in this matter. What problem or challenge were you facing or supposed to solve?

Action: Explain in detail the specific actions taken by you to complete that task. Speaking about what you did rather than the team's action is important to highlight your efforts as an individual.

Outcome: What was the result of these actions? Quantify the results wherever possible to add weight.

Writing Your Resume Bullet Points

Once you have broken them down, construct neat, effective bullet points using the elements of STAR. Ensure to show most of your contributions in the Action and Result sections.
