Location: 100% remote

Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time, in-house position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales, offering the chance to be part of a mission-driven, high-performing team that loves to win. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Start every day with a drive to exceed your given sales KPIs.
  • Conduct 5-7 hour-long, real-time calls daily with prospects via phone and Zoom
  • Deliver top-tier pre-sales customer service, addressing every customer question or concern thoroughly
  • Drive team momentum by setting up appointments and following up with leads for the internal sales team
  • Constantly optimize your sales pipeline for success
  • Relay crucial information to Closers to ensure optimal collaboration and client conversion

Skills and Qualifications

Required qualifications: 

  • Unwavering focus on achieving sales goals
  • 1+ years of recent experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), ideally in a B2C context OR a sales course certification from an organization like Grant Cardone or Jeremy Miner
  • Experience conducting sales calls that end in a closed deal
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to be coached and improve skills continuously
  • Proficiency in computer and CRM skills, with HubSpot experience being a plus

Preferred skills: 

  • Commitment to a 50+ hour work week, including flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and mornings
  • Punctuality for all calls and meetings
  • Demonstrated relentless work ethic with impeccable attention to detail
  • Drive to deliver unparalleled customer service.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and implement specific communication styles
  • Professional attire and presentation style
  • Active engagement in ongoing training and coaching
  • Commitment to attending daily and weekly team meetings
  • Aspiration to progress within the sales department to a Closer role

Sales Representative salary range: 

  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): Base + bonus, $55K - up to $130K.
  • Bonus and commission are based on performance
