Roles and responsibilities

  • Identify target segments, define positioning and create marketing plans with specific objectives across print, outdoor, events, digital and other media channels
  • Conduct marketing research, analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling briefs and campaigns across all advertising and communication platforms
  • Spearhead the development and execution of multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle ensuring consistent messaging across all touch points to maximize impact
  • Build and manage superior content and processes to enable internal stakeholders to create outstanding sales and customer support experience
  • Manage the marketing budget by identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Extract key insights from existing campaign data for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics to senior leaders

Required skills and qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of 5-7 years in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A great sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics (eg: Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics), CRM (eg: Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (eg: Marketo, Pardot, CleverTap)

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field
  • Willingness to travel
  • Established contacts in media

Salary Range

$110-145K base salary + performance bonus
