What is the I-9 form?

The I-9 form, also known as the Employment Eligibility Verification form, is used by employers in the United States to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment.

Section 2: Employer or Authorized Representative Review and Verification

Employers or their authorized representatives must complete this section by reviewing the employee's original documents and verifying their identity and employment eligibility.
