Roles and responsibilities
- Own the P/L including overseeing daily operational activities across sales, marketing, customer service, finance and HR
- Create strategic plan to achieve business goals and set key performance indicators for the team and establish your own goals
- Prepare and implement budget and control measures as well as resource allocation plan
- Develop the delegation and escalation matrix, policies, SOPs, training programs and ensure adherence to them to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees to achieve business goals and ensure that they are engaged and develop professionally
- Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted without any friction and conflicts are resolved to achieve mutual benefit
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management or related field
- 7-9 years of verifiable success at a managerial level
- Proficient in strategy, budgeting and planning operations
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication, delegation and collaboration skills
- Ability to motivate and engage employees and create a culture of accountability
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Conducting skill gap analysis to develop a L&D program to upskill employees
- Knowledge of performance management and employee retention strategies
Salary range
$160-190K base salary + annual bonus
